The Ministry of Works and Transport, and the Uganda Security Printing Company would like to inform the public that we will be having a system upgrade from Friday 25 November, to Saturday 26 November 2022.As such, the Uganda Driver Licensing System regional offices in Jinja, Gulu, Mbarara, Mbale, Fort Portal, and Arua will be closed from 1pm on Friday and on Saturday at all the offices, including Kampala, to allow this activity to take place.
Operations at all offices will resume on Monday 28 November 2022.
