1. Generate a Payment Registration Number (PRN)
2. ⁠Pay in the bank, Mobile Money or Pay Way
3. ⁠Present your proof of payment to UDLS

HOW TO GENERATE A PAYMENT REGISTRATION NUMBER(PRN)

STEPS FOR GENERATING AN ASSESSMENT ON THE URA WEBSITE.

• Visit www.ura.go.ug website
• While at the home page, Click Domestic Taxes.
• Click, “Make A Payment.”
• At the ‘Generate a payment slip’ page, tap “Click here to register a payment.”
• On the Payment Registration Page, select NTR under the Tax Head section and fill in the taxpayer details.
• Select your preferred NTR Head under the Details of NTR section.
• At the bottom, select your preferred payment option.
• Lastly, click “Accept and Register.”

STEPS FOR GENERATING AN ASSESSMENT ON THE MOWT e-services WEBSITE.

• Visit the https://services.works.go.ug/ website.
• At the Select Service Page, click ‘Register’ under the Driving Licence service.
• Read the Disclaimer and click ‘Accept’ when done.
• Still on the Select Service page, ‘Select the Licence class’ and the ‘Transaction type’.
• On the Applicant’s Details Page, select the ‘who is applying’ as well as your ‘Date of birth’ and the other required details.
• Lastly, on the Review & Submit page, review the details of the service selected and your applicant details and then click on Submit Application.

NOTE: UDLS does not receive or handle cash payments at any of our facilities, we only take receipts for payments made through the Bank, Mobile Money or Pay Way.
